We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods. We will cover return postage in these cases.
